Akiba ToolsPrivacy
Last updated 16 October 2026
The short version
- Your stock file never leaves your computer. The Dead Stock Finder reads and analyses it inside your own browser. It is not uploaded to us or to anyone else, and we never see it.
- The only personal information we collect is your email address, when you ask for the unlock code for the full report.
- We use it to send you the code and a few short, practical emails about managing stock. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email.
- We do not sell or rent your email address to anyone.
Who we are
Akiba Tools is run by G Pro International Ltd, Union Daruty, Petit Raffray, Mauritius. For any question about your data, email [email protected].
What we collect, and why
Your stock file
Nothing. The file you drop into the Dead Stock Finder is processed by code running in your browser tab. The results and the Excel report are created on your computer. Closing the tab removes the file from memory.
Your email address
When you enter your email to get the unlock code, the address (and nothing else from the page) is sent to our email service, MailerLite. We use it to:
- send you the unlock code;
- send you a short series of practical emails about acting on your report, and occasionally news about our tools, including paid ones.
We ask for your consent with a tick box before anything is sent. MailerLite records whether our emails are opened, which helps us see which emails are useful.
When you buy something
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record and processes your payment and tax details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can deliver what you bought and support you. We never see your card details.
Feedback
If you choose to fill in our feedback form, your answers are collected with Google Forms and stored in our Google account. Name, job title and email are optional. We only quote a comment on our website if you tick the box giving permission, and then only with your first name and job title.
Visiting the website
The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Who else handles your data
- MailerLite: our email service (stores your email address and sends our emails).
- Lemon Squeezy: our online shop and payment provider (only if you buy something).
- Cloudflare: website hosting and our email forwarding.
- Google: our feedback form (only if you fill it in).
These providers may store data outside your country. They act on our behalf or, for payments, as the seller of record.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any of our emails. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
